I have taken over 20 classes.  There are many recipes here that you have never seen before, but soon after you learn you will love them for sure. All the ingredients are carefully chosen and they are all natural organic products.
It is really rewarding experience to learn bread and dessert baking, because not only you and your family can enjoy a great taste of fresh bread and sweets, but take that as a gift to your friends instead of searching for that special bottle of wine or flowers,so they can enjoy it as well.All the tools are carefully selected, they are mainly from France and Japan.                     

 

Certificate Courses:

Organic Bread Baking

    Students must begin studies at the Basic level.

    Basic  1,2,3  /    Intermediate 1, 2, 3,4   /    Master 1, 2,3,4

  • Intermediate 1,2, 3,4----4sessions.  Using a food processor for kneading
  • Master1, 2,3,4-----------4 sessions.     Now You are a versatile baker !

The fee includes ;    Hands-On Instruction, Organic Ingredients, Recipe Books, A Binder, Tools, etc. Taste own art work at the class room and take home what its left.

 5. Cream Tofu Bruler & Tuile 
The name 'tuile' is a french word meaning 'tile,' and they are supposed to resemble the curved tiles on the tops of buildings.
