オーダーご希望の方は、お名前等下記をご記入されてから、ご希望の商品を数量と共にお選びください。販売は月２回、第２、第４日曜と月曜ですのでお申し込みはそれぞれの週の金曜日までにお願いいたします。お電話での申し込みもできます。（９０５－８４９－３６００）お支払いは商品と引き換えでお願いいたします。
一度オーダー頂いたものについてのキャンセルはできませんのでご了承ください。

Fill your name and other information, then select items and quantities from the drop-down boxes. We are open on the 2nd and 4th Sunday and Monday, so send your order by each Friday. We take phone-order as well.　Please pay when you receive the items.
There is no canceling accepted once the order is confirmed.
